Are your products real leather?
We sell different kinds of products. They are made from different materials. Some products are made of real leather. Some are made of fake leather (faux leather), polyester, wool, or other things.
Can I Order Big and Tall Sizes?
Yes, you can order big and tall sizes. Option 1 (Recommended): Use the "Made to Measure" tab on the product page and enter your required measurements. Option 2: Send an email with your specifications to support@americanleatherhouse.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You can try to cancel your order. Contact them right away. If the order has not been sent out yet, they will likely be able to stop it. If the order has already been sent out (dispatched), they cannot cancel it.
I like a product, but I'm worried it might not be the right size for me. Can you help me figure out the size?
If you're worried about size, look at our size chart. For more help, send an email to support@americanleatherhouse.com. Our support team will answer you and help you find the right size.

Custom Orders

Can I order any type of jacket to be custom made? What information do you need from me to make it?
Absolutely! Yes, we can custom-make any kind of jacket for you. Please get in touch with our experts at support@americanleatherhouse.com. Send us a picture or design of the jacket you want. Also, write a description on our customize page.
Are your products real leather?
We sell different kinds of products. They are made from different materials. Some products are made of real leather. Some are made of fake leather (faux leather), polyester, wool, or other things.
What are the charges for asking a custom order, its quotation and discussing custom order?
We don't charge for asking about a custom order, getting a price quote, or talking about the design. You only pay when you buy the jacket.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If your item is wrong or damaged, tell us within 48 hours. Include your order number and photos. We will fix the problem quickly (by replacing the item or finding another solution).
Can I ask my custom jacket to be made in any type of leather?

How long would it take for the custom order to be delivered to me?
Custom orders usually take about two weeks to be sent out (dispatched). If you have a specific date you need it, please tell our Customer Support Agent the deadline before you place your order.
I am perplexed to place custom orders because how can I pay for something I have not seen in actual?
We understand why you worry about paying for a custom order without seeing the size, design, or quality first. Our team is very experienced and skilled at making garments. Once you order, a customer service agent will contact you for your exact body measurements. If you measure correctly, the size will be perfect. Before we ship your order, we will send you photos of the finished product. You can check the design, fabric, and stitching quality in the pictures before we send it out.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Shipping is free to the USA, UK, and Canada. You will see the total price before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 10 to 12 working days. The exact time depends on where it's going and how long it takes to prepare it. Once we ship your order, you'll get a tracking number.
