We want you to be happy with what you buy. We try to offer great, new, and perfect products. If something is not what you expected or does not fit, you have 90 days from when it was delivered to send it back for a refund or to swap it for a different size/item. Our goal is for you to shop easily and without worry, so we made our return process simple and clear.

 

Easy Returns

If you don’t like what you bought, you can send it back to us.

  • You have 30 days to return your order. This starts the day you get it.
  • We want you to feel safe and happy when you shop here!

Return Conditions:

You can return an item if it is:

  • New (not used or worn)
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all tags and original packaging

Items You Cannot Return

If you asked us to make the item special for you (customized or personalized), you cannot return it.

Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Returns?

The customer must pay the shipping cost for all returns. This includes returns for things like size problems or changing your mind.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • How you get your money back: We will send the refund back to the same card or account you used to pay for the order.
  • How long it takes: After we get your item back and check it, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to send your money back.
  • Shipping costs: We don’t refund the original shipping fee, unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchanges

  • You can trade your item for a different size, color, or a product that costs the same for 30 days after buying it.
  • We will send you the new item after we get your returned item back and verified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please tell us within 2 days of getting it.
  • We will arrange a new one  or a full refund.
